You’re a good mom, a good friend, a good partner, a good employee.


You’re juggling lots of expectations, needs, and schedules, trying to get a lot of things done for a lot of people.


You’re usually low-level anxious, mid-level frustrated and high-level exhausted.


Every day you get up and just plow through the to-do list, hoping you don’t make someone mad.


But lately you’ve noticed that what is “good” for other people isn’t always good for you.


It’s feeling harder and harder to keep up- there’s that little tiny voice getting louder and louder that says “ Why can’t I stand up for myself? I’m a grown-ass woman. Why does it feel like I’m always in trouble?”


It feels impossible- if you do what’s best for you, other people aren’t going to like it.


But if you keep doing what’s best for others you’ll end up feeling frustrated and resentful again.


So you order dinner from four different places to keep everyone happy.


You work extra hours to prove your value.


You bite your tongue, rearrange your schedule and pretend everything is “fine.”


But that simmering resentment, guilt and anxiety are always there.

  • Get back the thousands of hours that you spend ruminating, obsessing and worrying about what other people think of you

  • Makes faster decisions without overthinking and second-guessing

  • Stop looking to other people to know if you’re “doing it right”

  • Set and hold clear, kind boundaries

  • Have your own back when things get tough instead of being your own worst critic

  • Live a life free of unwanted people pleasing, perfectionism and codependency

 Here’s how the program works: 

In our 24 weekly, live Zoom sessions you will be in the company of 10-15 other women who are all working on eliminating people pleasing and perfectionism. In a healing, nurturing community, we cheer each other on, celebrate our progress and learn from both the coaching and from each other.

In our 24 weekly, live Zoom sessions you will be in the company of 10-15 other women who are all working on eliminating people pleasing and perfectionism. In a healing, nurturing community, we cheer each other on, celebrate our progress and learn from both the coaching and from each other.
The live sessions alternate between teaching and coaching.

For example, one week I will teach you about how your attachment style affects your people pleasing and there will be an optional “assignment” or something to be aware of.

During the week, you’ll apply what you’ve learned, and the following week you’ll come back for coaching on whatever you need.

There is also a private Facebook group for asking questions and getting unlimited written coaching in between live sessions.

In addition, each participant gets 2 private sessions where you meet one on one with me for any additional coaching you need.

I’m on a mission to make sure EVERY woman who wants to stop people pleasing knows exactly how to do it.

I get stumped every time because I don't think there is a way to get the things I want so my brain tries to think of things I can achieve and I stall out.
